Results vary based on many factors outside our control, including your content, market, competition, and third-party platform behavior.

Many of our services involve third-party platforms — Shopify, Google, hosting providers, booking tools, and others. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or policy changes on those platforms, or for loss of functionality caused by their updates. If a platform change requires additional development work beyond the original project scope, that work is scoped and priced separately.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VryntLab's total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services is limited to the fees you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
